THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Candidates respond to an advert by submitting their CV’s which includes names and contact details of at least two professional references via e-mail to email@example.com or fax to: 021 406 6255.
Applications are reviewed and a shortlist of candidates is determined to ascertain whether they meet the requirements of the advert.
Shortlisted applicants will then be notified and screened via a telephonic and/or competency based panel interview. In the final instance, reference checks are conducted.
